Today, all customer records are consolidated into a single Amdocs ClarifyCRM database, and Amdocs ClarifyCRM provides a seamless front-end to TelstraClear's legacy billing and order entry system. At the heart of the new TelstraClear call center and dedicated fault management center, Amdocs ClarifyCRM further simplifies customer and order management for sales, support, and provisioning staff. In addition, during the implementation, TelstraClear took the opportunity to reevaluate and improve its business processes.
