RareMethod Closes Deal To Acquire Advanced Information Marketing Inc. (AIM)CALGARY, Nov. 8 /CNW/ - RareMethod Capital Corp. (TSX-V: RAM) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Advanced Information Marketing Inc. (AIM), a Calgary-based data driven customer relationship sales and marketing company. Under the terms of the deal, RareMethod acquired 100 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of AIM. In exchange, AIM shareholders received 600,000 RareMethod common shares and are entitled to receive up to an additional 400,000 common shares based upon AIM reaching established revenue targets. For the 12 months ended June 30, 2002, AIM achieved revenues of approximately $600,000. About RareMethod Capital Corp.
