Rapid Link Selects Peregrine Systems to Provide Operations Support

ATLANTA and SAN DIEGO, May 30 /PRNewswire/ Rapid Link Communications®, a worldwide leading provider of international Internet-based communications services, recently selected Peregrine Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRGN), the leading provider of Infrastructure Management software and e-Infrastructure solutions, to provide a key component of their Operations Support System (OSS). The product which has recently been implemented into Rapid Link's OSS is ServiceCenter® and will be the integrated into the existing OSS to create a streamlined back-end office support system that will directly enhance the high service level that Rapid Link provides to its customers.

Customers will be able to log on to Rapid Link's Web-site and troubleshoot problems without the aid of a customer service representative, but will be connected to the Call Center if the problem needs additional attention. The system will also support network operations and e-procurement.
