Mr. Perry serves as a Product Marketing Manager with ServiceWare's Product Marketing Group, with primary responsibilities surrounding Knowledge Transfer, and a focus on ServiceWare's content business. He is the corporate representative for the ServiceWare User Group and also conducts market research for products and strategy. Prior to joining ServiceWare, Mr. Perry was employed by Genco as a Process Improvement Specialist, where he assessed and redesigned business processes and training programs for a wide variety of global customers. Prior to that, Mr. Perry had responsibilities delivering training sessions and designing training methodologies for Formtek, a software subsidiary of Lockheed Martin. Mr. Perry has also worked as a Consultant with Agency Management Group, responsible for reengineering processes at major advertising agencies. He has taught Marketing and Communications courses at the college level as well. In addition to a Bachelors Degree in Communication from Duquesne University, Mr. Perry has also received a Masters Degree in Corporate Communication from Duquesne.
