Tony Hayward has been in the IT world for some 30 years gaining valuable international experience while setting up the European HQ for Tandem (86-93) as Sales Operations Director and with Holistic Systems/Seagate Software as VP EMEA (93-98); managing P/L, taking Holistic from distributors to a fully blown subsidiary network, and integrating the two merging organizations Holistic and Crystal to form Seagate Software IMG.
