Tim Guleri is Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of Business Development at E.piphany, the leading provider of enterprise software for the Customer Economy. At E.piphany, Tim leads the strategic direction of the company through defining and building business partnerships and developing corporate investments.

Prior to E.piphany, Tim was the co-founder and CEO of Octane Software, where, in two years time, he grew the company to more than 250 employees, 40 customers, and revenues at an annual growth rate of 300 percent. He also raised $50 million in private financing from preeminent venture capital firms Greylock, Integral Capital Partners, Lucent Ventures, Norwest and Sigma, and Octane established strategic partnerships with industry-leaders including Cisco, KPMG and Lucent. Tim led Octane's merger with Epiphany in March 2000, a deal valued at $3.2 billion, which was the "largest acquisition of a private software applications company by a public corporation" in the history of the industry.

Before co-founding Octane, Tim held key executive management positions at Scopus Technology as vice president of technical field operations and vice president of product marketing. Scopus emerged as the leading vendor in the CRM market during Tim's tenure. Tim was instrumental in growing the company from $750,000 to $100 million in revenue and from 17 to 700 employees from 1992 to 1998. Before that, Tim held key marketing and technology positions at LSI Logic.

Tim is considered a visionary in the Customer Relationship Management field, and is frequently requested to speak and write on the subject for noted conferences and publications. He has presented at numerous industry conferences such as ABA, ETRA, DCI, eCommerce World and has contributed articles to leading. Tim serves on the boards of Digiatrics and iDream . He holds a Master's Degree in Robotics and Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from India.
