Stephen Sykes manages the development of strategic corporate alliances at Support.com. His responsibilities have included defining integrated eSupport solutions through alliance relationships with other industry leaders, and providing targeted eSupport business solutions for key partners such as PC manufacturers, Internet Service Providers and Independent Software Vendors. Before joining Support.com, Mr. Sykes was with Informix Software, most recently as General Manager of 4GL Tools. Prior experience includes positions in Sales and Software Development for NeXT, Cambridge Technology Partners, and TRW. Mr. Sykes holds a Masters of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine. |
