Drawing upon his extensive management experience in the web-based customer support, e-commerce and call center arenas, Scott Nilson spearheads all marketing initiatives at eSupportNow. For the first twelve months following eSupportNow’s launch, Mr. Nilson served as Director of Business Development, focusing on new business initiatives and building partner relationships. Prior to leading eSupportNow’s marketing team, Mr. Nilson served as a Product Development Manager for GPS-based Intelligent Transportation Systems, a start-up unit of the Boston-based Cross Country Group. Before joining Cross Country Group, Mr. Nilson worked overseas for the U.S. State Department as a business consultant on the Middle East Peace Process. He also held product management positions at Citibank, working on interactive banking and other consumer products. He holds a B.A. from Lafayette College and an MBA from Boston University. |
