1995. Robert W. Baird & Co. is an international wealth and asset management,
investment banking, and private equity firm servicing clients in the United
States through more than 75 office locations and more than 2,400 associates.
Their help desk supports over 70 branches spanning 15 states. Using the
latest technologies and support software, the help desk is now capable of
closing over 70% of the incidents on the first call. Saśl also works as
project manager for several software applications at Baird including call
tracking, enterprise-wide contact management, quotron distribution and order
entry processing.
