Rick Joslin heads ServiceWare's customer service department, which supports one of the most demanding audiences -- customer service professionals. A winner of the 1999 Service 25 Award, Joslin has been widely acknowledged as one of the most influential luminaries in the knowledge management industry. He is an active member of the Customer Support Consortium's Multi-Vendor Support Strategy's committee, serves on the Board of Advisors for the Help Desk Institute, and the Indiana University of Pennsylvania's Business College.
