Author of CRM at the Speed of Light: Capturing and Keeping Customers in Internet Real Time
In addition to being the author of CRM at the Speed of Light: Capturing and Keeping Customers in Internet Real Time, Paul Greenberg is executive vice president of Live Wire, an ecommerce consulting services firm. His book, published in January 2001 by McGraw-Hill/Osborne Media, reveals winning strategies for leveraging the latest technologies to acquire and retain customers, in today’s marketplace. Paul examines CRM solutions of specific companies, and provides detailed explanations of CRM technologies and how to implement them. Prior to his current position with Live Wire Paul was vice president of marketing for Atlantic Duncans International where he was responsible for developing and securing strategic relationships with critical vendors and partners. In addition, Paul was the director of strategic relations for Nexgen Solutions, Inc., where he was directly responsible for generating business development working with Fortune 500 clientele. Paul has years of experience with both CRM and Enterprise Relationship Planning (ERP). He has built SAP and People Soft practices and, in his current position, has established close partnerships with front-office leaders such as People Soft/Vantive and SalesLogix. Paul received a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with majors in editorial journalism, sociology, and a minor in English Literature from Northwestern University, Medill School of Journalism. |
