Matthew Storm is the etalk product manager for Advisor and Expert. Prior to joining etalk,
Matthew provided consulting services for contact centers in the areas of quality monitoring,
workforce management and eLearning. Matthew spent over three years at Dell Computer Corporation
implementing quality programs in the areas of technical support, sales and customer service.
He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University and
an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
