Michael Sayer brings over 20 years of broad-based sales, management, marketing and operational experience with both domestic and international companies to his leadership role at Hipbone. His knowledge and insight into the customer support and interaction marketplace was honed at Remedy Corporation, where he served as the founding member and general manager of the European sales and support organization, delivering $55 million in international revenues in just over three years. Earlier in his career, Sayer built and directed worldwide sales organizations for software start-ups, including Lucid, Inc. and Categoric Software. Sayer holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire. |
