Mrs. Roche is a leading authority on customer relationship
management (CRM) applications and related enterprise
architectures. In addition, she specializes in customer-facing
computing models, especially component-based analytical
applications and prepackaged/vertical data marts. Prior to
joining META Group in July 1997, Mrs. Roche was director of IT
strategic planning for Systems Service Enterprises, a technology
consultancy. Her 10+ years of IT experience include positions
with Alliance Blue Cross Blue Shield, specializing in healthcare
information systems, and Monsanto, where she specialized in small
manufacturing systems. She is a frequent author and keynote
speaker on CRM and customer-centric application architectures.
Ms. Roche received a B.A. from the George Washington University
and an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri in St. Louis.
