Lou Boudreau has served as chief technology officer for Contact Center Business Intelligence Solutions since March 2000. Prior to this, Boudreau was director of product management for Verint. A veteran of the recording industry, Boudreau has been actively engaged with customers and prospects to define market requirements for the past 11 years. As CTO, Boudreau leads the product development process, ensuring that Verint’s market-leading recording solutions deliver critical business intelligence to clients.
Boudreau holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Dowling College and an MS in Computer Science from New York Institute of technology. |
