Kevin Rickson has over 13 years experience in sales and marketing in Silicon Valley’s high-tech industry. He has been at Oracle for over six years and has been involved with Customer Relationship Management and E-Business initiatives for most of that time. Previous companies include Gupta Corporation, Neuron Data and Continuus Software. He has been a keynote speaker at numerous technology conferences, including DCI’s CRM Expo and Think Customers. Mr. Rickson has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
