Kelly joined FrontRange Solutions in 2003, bringing over 19 years of experience in the service and support industry. After 8 years of managing IT and Technical Support departments, she has spent the last 11 working with customers worldwide to define and develop award-winning service and support solutions. Kelly and her team’s top priority is to continue to drive the development of market-leading and innovative solutions to the service and support markets.
