Mr. Warne has more than 15 years of experience in IT, encompassing a broad background and knowledgebase in the areas of IT support and operations. He focuses on IT service management issues and technologies, including problem, asset and change management practices. Prior to joining META Group in March 1999, Mr. Warne held various technical and management positions at IBM/Tivoli, Software Artistry, Hewlett-Packard and Lockheed Missiles & Space. He received a B.S. in Math and Computer Science from Butler University.
