James J.
Waldron (Jay), President and Chief Executive Officer of Knowledge
Impact, has over 20 years experience in high growth industries such
as Internet business solutions, Customer Relationship Management,
enterprise applications, and Business Intelligence. Jay is
responsible for defining and executing Knowledge Impact’s vision
of delivering industry leading e-learning and performance support
solutions Prior to Knowledge Impact, Jay served as President at
Applix Inc., where he was responsible for establishing Applix as a
leading provider of Customer Relationship Management and Business
Intelligence applications. Before Applix, Jay held the position of
Vice President of Business Development for Microtouch Systems, where
he was responsible for strategic partnerships and corporate
acquisitions. Previously, Jay served as President and CEO at Visage,
Inc., a leading provider of multimedia solutions, subsequently
acquired by Microtouch Systems. He has also held various marketing
and product development positions at Sphere Technology, The Foxboro
Company, and Raytheon Data Systems. Jay received a B.S. in Computer
Engineering from Brown University in Providence, RI. |
