Jim Grant leads operations at Remedy as vice president and general manager. Grant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Remedy and aligning closely with parent company, BMC Software, on strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Remedy, Grant spent more than 20 years at Hewlett Packard where he held key management positions across the functional spectrum including manufacturing and materials management, product marketing, operations and general management. Grant earned a bachelor's degree in political science and business, and a master's degree in operations management from the University of Colorado, where he later taught operations management. |
