Mr. Foresi joined Delano in January 1999 in the role of President and CEO.
Leveraging his 15 years of strategic management experience, Mr. Foresi is
responsible for driving Delano's strategic direction, including increasing
the company from 20 to more than 300 employees, driving revenue growth, and
recently completing a successful IPO on NASDAQ.
Prior to Delano, Mr. Foresi was the President of Transportation Software with i2 Technologies, the largest, global independent supply chain software company. In May 1998, i2 acquired InterTrans Logistics Solutions, where Mr. Foresi served as President and CEO from 1994-1998. At InterTrans, Mr. Foresi successfully directed the company to market leadership in the logistics execution and decision support software market, increasing sales from $3 million to $75 million and employees from 25 to 340. Mr. Foresi successfully completed the sale of InterTrans for $160 million. Prior to InterTrans, Mr. Foresi held senior management positions in the consumer packaged goods, investment banking, and transportation industries. Mr. Foresi, a 1999 'Top 40 Under 40' award winner, holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. |
