Julie
Fitzpatrick brings 12 years of call center and high technology
experience to eLoyalty. She is responsible for defining and
exploring new customer service and relationship building concepts
for the company. Prior to eLoyalty, Fitzpatrick was senior vice
president of marketing for TSC where she helped the company develop
its strategic ision on the direction of call centers and customer
service based on her experience with many of the world's largest
companies, such as Prudential Insurance, Chase Manhattan and
NationsBank.
Fitzpatrick joined TSC in 1996 after a seven-year career at IBM
Corporation. While at IBM, she held several positions, including
account systems engineer, product marketing manager, and product
manager for some of IBM's most strategic call center and middleware
technologies. As a product manager, she helped many organizations
develop their customer service and call center strategies.
Fitzpatrick earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry/pre-law from
Holy Cross College.
