More than 20 years of experience in the development of dealer channels and a background in the sales, marketing and development of
products in the LAN and software markets gives Ferrara the credentials needed to head the marketing and PR efforts at GoldMine Software.
Ferrara co-founded GoldMine Software Corp. after spending time as both a systems engineer and a sales representative at Banyan. It was
at Banyan that Ferrara saw the power of networked computers and the immense potential for automating the sales and customer
management process. Ferrara was also an Ernst & Young/USA TODAY “Entrepreneur of the Year” 1996, 1997 and 1999 Finalist, and is a
graduate of California State University, Northridge where he received his bachelor’s degree in computer science.
