Joe Davis brings over 12 years of development and marketing experience to Remedy. As general manager, Davis is responsible for all aspects of product development and marketing for the Remedy Customer Relationship Management Solutions(tm) product line. Davis spent the last five years at Lotus, most recently as general manager of the company's Silicon Valley site, where he was responsible for the development and marketing of several product lines with combined sales of over $80 million. Prior to Lotus, Davis managed the Service and Marketing teams for Everex Systems in Fremont, CA., where under his leadership, Everex moved up to a first place ranking among PC manufacturers in Dataquest's annual customer satisfaction survey.
