John Duffy Campbell is the President of ICT Sales, with full responsibility for the sales and business development activities across all key vertical industries, focused on expanding the Company’s CRM sales, service and marketing revenue for all North American divisions and business units.
Campbell joined ICT in 1985 when it was part of Decision Industries Corporation, its then parent company. He held a series of sales and marketing management posts throughout his long-standing tenure with the Company, playing an instrumental role in its overall growth and financial stability.
His previous experience includes sales and marketing management positions at Bank of America, Unisys, HMO-PA and Rudco Industries.
Campbell has a BA in Political Science/Public Administration from West Chester University. He is a member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and its Teleservices and Financial Services Councils, European Direct Marketing Association (EDMA), Canadian Direct Marketing Association (CDMA), American Telemarketing Association (ATA), Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP), Help Desk Institute (HDI), Bank Administration Institute (BAI), Bank Marketing Association (BMA), Association of Communications Enterprises (ASCENT).
