Helen and her team of senior CRM solution managers are responsible for
defining Sun's vision, strategy and value proposition in the CRM market
segment. Helen and her team have a singular focus on building Sun's
market share in CRM through establishing a portfolio of solution
offerings with leading edge software and integration services
companies. Additionally Helen is a frequent speaker at industry
conferences and customer events.
Helen has held a variety of roles during her 6 years at Sun, including
global account
development, marketing and running the customer briefing centers in
Menlo Park, CA and Geneva, Switzerland. Helen has been in the high
technology industry for over 20 years working for start up ventures as
well as established companies such as IBM, Apple Computers and Amdahl.
Helen has experience selling and marketing to customers in a variety of
industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing, financial
services, consumer products goods and retail.
Helen earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from
the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Helen has held several board positions, most recently on the Board of
Directors for Silicon Valley's premier public affairs forum, The
Churchill Club.
