Guy G. Jones founded Island Data with Jeff Stanford in February, 1995. He has more
than 12 years of customer support center management experience and extensive
experience in developing automated support tools. Previously, Mr. Jones worked with
Novell as an original member of the Technical Support Alliance Network (TSANet) and
with Storage Dimensions as Technical Support Manager. Mr. Jones attended the
College of Electrical Engineering at University of Central Florida, and has worked at
Kennedy Space Center for NASA, Sterling Software, and Mouse Systems. He has
provided keynote and technical presentations at numerous support industry
conferences, and his work in support automation has been referenced in more than 10 publications,
including the New York Times, PC Week, Infoworld and Service News.
