Goncalo Ferreira has been living and breathing CRM since May of 2001 when he joined Telesp Celular to launch an enterprise-wide CRM initiative, developing and defining the mission, strategy and objectives of the new company focus. A business intelligence expert, Ferreira has set in motion several major CRM techniques, developed the applicable tools and methodologies, and been personally responsible for overseeing each step of the process including the collection and dispersement of pertinent data and defining operational and collaborative efforts.
Previously, Ferreira was Financial Director for Latin America with Tradecom, a B2B solutions company and division of the Portugal Telecom Group. Prior to that position, Ferreira, worked in Spain for three years at Dun & Bradstreet, as a business data provider. Ferreira was born in Coimbra, Portugal and graduated in Mathematics with specialization in Economy and Management, at Lisbon and Amsterdam |
