Eric Vaughn is a Channel Manager with FrontRange Solutions Inc. Based out of Austin,TX, Eric has worked inside and outside sales with FrontRange for almost 4 years. A leader in the sales of Customer Relationship Management solutions to mainstream business, he works with a team of 5 others in FrontRange Solutions’ top rated region.
Eric’s main area of responsibility is the management of customer and channel relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle, and he uses FrontRange Solutions’ GoldMine and HEAT products daily. His sales experience, and experience as a GoldMine user, give him a unique perspective on the value of GoldMine, and it’s ability to adapt to specific company needs. His experience also includes business process consulting, speaking engagements on CRM and customer retention, as well as channel and customer development. A graduate of Colorado State University, Eric excelled with a Wireless Cable company prior to his time at FrontRange. |
