Edward Mandel founded Positive Software Systems in 1995 and serves as the company’s chief executive officer.
As CEO, Mr. Mandel is responsible for charting the company’s business strategy and guiding the strategic development of the company’s industry-leading suite of customer interaction data warehouse (CIDW) solutions. Under Mandel’s leadership, Positive has sustained year-over-year growth since its inception, and has evolved into a leading CIDW vendor whose systems have been deployed by some of the foremost companies in mortgage banking, retail, financial services and other industries. Prior to founding Positive, Mandel co-founded and served as CEO of IIT Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in lead management and target marketing solutions for the mortgage banking and financial services industries. Prior to selling his interest in IIT Consulting, Mr. Mandel was instrumental in securing and servicing numerous blue chip clients, and significantly growing the firm’s base of expert consultants. Mandel also has worked extensively as an independent consultant developing data warehouse and contact center solutions for numerous Fortune 1000 companies. Mandel received a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, and an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Dallas. |
