David Shapiro

David Shapiro is a senior manager in Accenture, part of the companies Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Global Service Line. Mr. Shapiro focuses on customer enabling technologies and architectures as part of Accenture’s Customer Contact Transformation offering. He recently developed a Next Generation Contact Center asset that demonstrates an integrated set of contact center capabilities considering best in class technologies and processes. Mr. Shapiro has extensive methodology, design, implementation, and project management experience in the Customer Interaction arena.
 
Mr. Shapiro earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
