Dror Pockard is President of the Amdocs ClarifyCRM Division of Amdocs. Mr. Pockard leads business development, sales, marketing, R&D, and professional services for the ClarifyCRM solutions portfolio.
Mr. Pockard has extensive global experience in management and information systems consulting in the U.K., U.S. and Israel. Prior to joining Amdocs, he was the Managing Director of Ernst & Young’s information systems consulting practice in Israel. While in London, Mr. Pockard directed key projects in the areas of ERP and knowledge management for Ernst & Young while concurrently pursuing his PhD studies at the London School of Economics in the field of Information Systems. Mr. Pockard also held executive positions in the area of information systems within the Israeli government and the Central Bank of Israel. Mr. Pockard is a Founding Member of the U.K. Academy of Information Systems, and a member of various professional organizations in the information systems area and in the International Association of Business Leaders. He holds an MBA in Information Systems and a BA in Management and Economics from Tel Aviv University. |
