Mr. Fowler, formerly Vice President of Marketing at Silknet Software has
over 20 years of industry management background, and has the experience of
creating marketing initiatives that drive corporate brand and company sales.
As Senior Vice President, Worldwide Marketing, Mr. Fowler is responsible for
developing Kana's marketing strategies, administering Kana's value
proposition, managing product marketing and positioning and overseeing
Kana's corporate positioning and messaging. Prior to joining Silknet, Mr.
Fowler was vice president of sales & marketing for Gradient Technologies,
where he led sales growth of 125 percent by building a worldwide sales team
and establishing new distribution channels. Fowler has also held senior
management positions with FTP Software and Chipcom Corporation. Fowler holds
an MBA from New York University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from
Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
