David Flesh is the director of product marketing management for the IT
operations solutions at Peregrine Systems, Inc. David manages the team
responsible for Peregrine's ServiceCenter® and InfraTools(tm) solutions.
David's focus is on the best practices for enterprise service management
and
he has earned the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
Before David began his career with Peregrine Systems he owned a business
consulting firm specializing in IT services and later worked at Stac
Software. At Stac Software, he specialized in call center management,
customer support and customer service management, field services, and
service management products. David earned his bachelor's degree in business
administration at the University of Phoenix and is currently working on a
graduate degree in Technology Management.
