Mr. Lashmet is Senior Vice President for eLoyalty and is responsible for North America. With more than 18 years of industry, public accounting, and consulting experience, Mr. Lashmet has extensive expertise in business strategy towards the design of strategic customer relationship and customer interaction solutions to meet corporate marketing and customer service imperatives
Prior to joining eLoyalty, Mr. Lashmet was a Partner with Grant Thornton LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm, where he was responsible for the advanced technology consulting practice, and specialized in client/server solutions for customer contact/call center environments. In addition to his business unit leader responsibilities, Mr. Lashmet assists Fortune and Global 1000 companies, including General Motors, Citibank, Hewlett-Packard, ABN/AMRO, Ameritech, and Kaiser Permanente in effective customer relationship strategies and ECM solutions and implementations. |
