Carolyn Healey is the founder and publisher of supportindustry.com and
crmindustry.com, two web communities dedicated to providing IT
professionals relevant and timely information about the support services
marketplace. Prior to creating the web sites, Ms. Healey held marketing
and public relations positions in several high technology companies.
Carolyn has spoken at various customer service and support events on
topics related to customer relationship management, is a regular
columnist for leading industry publications and is the publisher of
several customer support industry e-newsletters.
