Christopher Fletcher is Managing Director of Aberdeen Group's Customer Relationship Management practice, focusing on Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, Customer Support, and CRM/eCRM. Chris also consults with suppliers of personal digital assistants (PDAs), mobile computing, and information appliance devices and software, particularly on the integration and use of these devices within Enterprise Applications.
Chris has extensive experience in general management, sales management, and international marketing, working with established and start-up high tech companies in areas such as CRM, PDAs, workflow, and communications. Chris is a frequent speaker at industry trade shows and seminars; has published articles on CRM and related technologies; and consults with clients on business strategy, product positioning, and going-to-market models. He also consults with multi-national software companies attempting to enter the competitive US market.
Chris holds an MBA from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.
