 Chuck Bay CEO and President KANA |
With more than 15 years of executive experience at fast-growing technology
companies, Mr. Bay brings extensive financial and operational expertise to
KANA. Chuck was formerly CEO of Broadbase Software which he joined as Chief
Financial Officer and General Counsel in January, 1998. Chuck's previous
experience includes positions as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel
for Reasoning, Inc.; and Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer
and General Counsel for Pure Atria Software, Inc., where he was instrumental
in managing a successful initial public offering (IPO). He has also served
as President and Chief Operating Officer for Software Alliance Corporation
and President and Chief Financial Officer for Spacial Technology, Inc.
