As the Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Barry works closely with GoldMine’s Solutions Partners and the internal sales, customer support and marketing teams in both the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and HEAT Divisions to develop a unified, consistent "Return on Investment" business story. Additionally, Barry acts as the Company's official ambassador to help the public relations team spread the message and news about GoldMine to key trade research analysts and the media. Formerly the Vice President, North American Sales for GoldMine, Barry, joined GoldMine in December 1999 following the acquisition of SalesWare.
 
With more than 13 years experience in Sales and Marketing for the High Technology industry, Barry has been recognized as one of the leading sales force automation (SFA) and CRM visionaries. From 1994 to 1999, Barry was consistently chosen to provide keynotes at each of DCI's Field & Sales Automation Conferences. His writing background includes writing a monthly column as a Contributing Editor to "Sales & Field Force “Automation" magazine since it premiered in March '97 and serving as a panel expert on sales process for Microsoft's "Virtual Chat Room" and as a judge for Microsoft's prestigious "Industry Solution Awards."
 
Barry has served on numerous boards including the American Heart Association, Ming Quong Children’s Center, the American Society of Civil Engineers (President, Santa Clara County Branch) and the Society of American Military Engineers. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and is a Registered Civil Engineer in California.
