Bruce Mowery has served as vice president of marketing at SupportSoft since January 2001. He is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of SupportSoft and its products. In his role, Mowery focuses on re-inventing the way service and support is defined on a daily basis.
Having worked in the technology industry for more than 15 years, Mowery can comment on:

From established players to start-ups
With extensive experience in the technology field, Mowery has held senior marketing positions at Apple, as well as at two pioneering technology companies, MusicNet and Visioneer. Most recently, Mowery was employed as executive vice president of marketing and business development at more.com.
