As Vice President of Financial Services Solutions, Brad is responsible for accelerating Onyx's growth in its core markets of retail financial services and asset management.
Prior to joining Onyx, Brad co-founded RevenueLab, a go-to-market and revenue acceleration consultancy, which was acquired by Onyx in January of 2001. Prior to RevenueLab, Brad was a division manager with Wells Fargo. In 1997, at the age of 29 (then thought to be the youngest on record), Brad was promoted to Senior Vice President of Wells Fargo. As Southern California Division Manager of Wells Fargo's Premier Business Banking Group, he was responsible for the company's largest and most diverse small business market. Brad's responsibilities included the retention and expansion of over $1.4 billion in loan outstandings, and the origination of over half a billion dollars a year in new small business loans.
During his eight-year career at Wells Fargo, Brad served on many projects and task forces responsible for bridging new technologies with users and customers alike. Brad was named the Business Banking Group's Sales Force Automation Advocate based on his broad knowledge of the technical, as well as end-user requirements, to successfully deploy revenue-enhancing solutions. In the fall of 1999, temporarily leaving his Division Manager post, Brad was a key member in a project to shape Wells Fargo's small business Internet strategy. The project produced a joint venture with eBay securing an opportunity for Wells Fargo to be the dominant enabler of payments on the Internet and Wells Fargo's Small Business Resource Center.
Brad founded Selling.com, a sales effectiveness portal, which was acquired by Interact Commerce Corporation (IACT) in 1999. Brad also founded Businessloan.com, a small business capital, lending information and financial services provider.
