As vice president of marketing, Brian Ladyman is responsible for
establishing the overall strategic marketing direction for YOUcentric as
well as managing the execution on advertising, public relations, analyst
relations, Web site content, events, and lead-generation campaigns. Prior to
joining YOUcentric, he served as the director of corporate marketing at
Primus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. where he had similar responsibilities.
Before Primus, Brian was the Senior Director of Strategy for the Worldwide
Consumer Sector at Oracle Corporation as well as a management consultant for
A.T. Kearney. Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Pepperdine
University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration
at Dartmouth College.
