Ben Geller is the Market Manager for Motive Communications, Inc., an Austin-based leader and innovator in intelligent service delivery software. He is responsible for charting Motive's market direction for our Communication Solutions.
Ben has been involved in the communications industry for over 10 years in a variety of consulting, marketing, and program management roles. Prior to his current position at Motive he managed a variety of projects relating to the selection and deployment of customer relationship management and subscriber management systems for a number of North America's top voice, video, and data services providers. Specifically, he was responsible for directing teams within the Customer Relationship Management Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Information, Communications and Entertainment discipline. Prior to that, Ben managed a large-scale business process re-engineering effort for a major media and entertainment company, and assisted a multi-billion dollar telecommunications provider in its efforts to enter the broadband video delivery services industry. Ben earned a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at the University of Houston. |
