Mr. Zornes is a leading authority on the software industry as it relates to e-business
application development and delivery — especially customer relationship management
(CRM), data warehousing, data mining, and database marketing. In addition, he is a
thought leader regarding enterprise application integration (EAI) middleware to integrate
CRM applications with enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. Mr. Zornes has
devoted more than 20 years to line and strategic management roles in leading vendor and
user organizations, including executive and managerial positions at Ingres Corp., Wang,
Software AG of North America, and Cincom Systems. He is the chairman emeritus of the world's largest
data warehouse conference, and co-chairman for the world's largest CRM conference. In addition, he is a
frequent author and keynote speaker on these topics in North America, Europe, Japan, and South America.
Mr. Zornes received an M.S. from the University of Arizona.
