Ad Nederlof is President and Chief Executive Officer of Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. the leading provider of contact center solutions for Collaborative CRM.
Mr. Nederlof joined the company in April 1999 as Senior Vice President of the company’s European, Middle East and African (EMEA) operations. Under Mr. Nederlof’s leadership, Genesys’ EMEA region achieved record results, growing revenues over sixty percent and changing the European organization from UK-centric to Pan-European. Before joining Genesys, Mr. Nederlof was President and Chief Operating Officer of Richter Systems, based in Atlanta. Previous to that position, he worked for Oracle Corporation, where he served as Vice President for Northern Europe with revenue responsibilities of more than $400 million. His career also includes years with Volmac Software Group (Cap Gemini Netherlands) as Executive Vice President, and at ICL Netherlands, where he was National Sales Director. Mr. Nederlof also serves on the board of directors of Harbinger Corporation, based in Atlanta, Georgia, and is a Board Director for the Business Information Group (BIG) in Utrecht, The Netherlands. |
