Amy has 10 years of experience marketing various technologies including ERP applications, CRM applications, procurement software, custom business applications, and contact center performance optimization software. Currently, Amy is responsible for the product marketing of Witness' eLearning solutions, Witness' complete services offerings, and the eQuality Office solution that addresses performance optimization for back office processes that ultimately affect the contact center. Her experience with different technologies has allowed her to gain insight into various industries and the challenges organizations within a range of vertical markets face.
