Art Coombs has more than 18 years experience in technology and contact center management. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Echopass Corporation to provide reliable, high-quality, integrated-voice/data communication tools and services. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sento Corporation, where he restructured a Value-Added Reseller into a world-class support outsourcing organization. He was formerly the Managing Director and Vice President of European Business Development for Sykes Enterprises, Inc. There he established the company's pan-European technical support centers - available in 14 languages and 25 countries, employing a staff of 2,000. He continued his role in technology by lending his expertise to Hewlett-Packard, VLSI Research and RasterOps, where he directed the establishment of a European distribution/customer support center. Additionally, Art is a published author of outsourcing and IT technical support methodologies and a recognized speaker at IT and support center conferences. He has recently presented at events in Dublin, Amsterdam, France, London, and North America on topics such as international technical support, service center site selection, creating mutually beneficial outsourcing solutions, and technical vs. linguistic skills. |
