Sales Execution TECHMAR assumes responsibility for the actual execution of the customer acquisition processes of its clients. By definition, as an important component to this process, TECHMAR has pre-sales, closed loop lead generation, inside sales, channel sales, telesales and (potentially) field sales activities in its service delivery portfolio. TECHMAR has chosen two ways of delivery/execution : “co-sourcing” and “in-sourcing”. In the “co-sourced model” TECHMAR delivers to its Clients on top of people, processes, systems and results, all infrastructure needed. In the “in-sourced model” Clients see customer acquisition solutions of such strategic significance that they ask TECHMAR to execute these services within their premises, using their own platform, integrated with their marketing, sales and channel teams.
 
Software Solutions TECHMAR has developed its own propriety software (KARMA™), a Web Hosted Customer Acquisition Software platform. The KARMA application allows users to manage all data related to sales, leads and marketing on a central platform, and to use this data to develop a potential sales opportunity into a closed sale. KARMA uses open technology, which makes it a very scalable and flexible solution, which can easily be integrated with legacy systems and applications (ERP, CRM, telecom, portals,…). Because it is based on open standards, KARMA connects different touch points within the sales and marketing organization. Through a standard Web browser, business units can follow-up and manage marketing programs and sales processes in real time all around the world. Because there is no software to install, KARMA can be quickly deployed, allowing companies of all sizes to leverage the critical data they collect on prospects and immediately reap the benefits. KARMA does not require programming and people using it will not need in-depth technical training.
 
Professional Services TECHMAR's “Operational Consultancy” helps clients in setting-up, executing and managing their customer acquisition process. This newly created division consists of technical, e-marketing and sales consultants, helping clients analyzing their needs and defining processes and methodologies, designing and implementing software adjustments, configuring and setting-up of databases, interfaces for legacy systems, system testing and project management.
