TeamShare, Inc specializes in the development of Web-based workflow management tools. tTrack, is the premier Web-based problem tracking/workflow management solution. tSupport is a Web-based help desk/customer support solution that provides advanced functionality. Both products are available individually or in combination to provide a tight integration between development teams and customer support. The TeamShare suite of products facilitates inter- and intra-departmental communication and drives relevant information to the points of decision and resolution. These products automate team processes by a customizable workflow-management matrix. This matrix works on top of a customizable database that allows teams to store exactly the information they need. At the core of this suite is the TeamTrack architecture, designed to enable enterprise-wide Web-based workflow management capabilities. The full Web architecture of TeamTrack allows for quick, universal access to data, reducing installation costs and lowering administration overhead. tTrack and tSupport are completely integrated, allowing flawless communication between the “front office” (customer support organization) and the “back office” (the development organization). In this manner, the suite of products extends far beyond the original product’s defect-, or “bug-”, tracking functionality and can automate the routing and assignment of any kind of issue, task, or project for development and testing teams.
