Consulting and Advisory Services Sutherland works closely with clients to determine the right combination of strategy, business process, and technology to support Internet-enabled and Web-based sales, marketing and customer support operations. Sutherland provides consulting services within two practice areas: Business Process and IT Consulting. Their Business Process Consulting services create a fundamental re-examination, redesign and implementation of an organization’s customer relationship processes to increase overall efficiency and productivity. Within the IT Consulting space, Sutherland helps clients understand current and future technology needs, assess various technology strategies, and formulates a logical design of the systems and infrastructure to meet the needs of an Internet-integrated eCRM solution. Sutherland’s systems integration services create the detailed design, implementation and management services to link eCRM technology with a client’s existing or planned IT infrastructure at their location.

Application Hosting and Infrastructure Management Sutherland offers Application Hosting and Infrastructure Management to clients who wish to deploy eCRM solutions without having to exert the time, capital, and resources necessary to integrate, install, support, administer, and maintain the latest Internet and Customer Relationship Management technology. Sutherland provides integrated communications, workflow management, CRM applications and all of the necessary hardware to clients via Suthernet(TM), their high-performance communications network infrastructure. Suthernet(TM) is a complete eCRM technology infrastructure that the company has built, which combines Internet and voice communications with best-in-class packaged CRM applications.
